Dr. Michael Duduit is Dean, College of Christian Studies and Clamp Divinity School, Anderson University, South Carolina.
He is also the founder and Executive Editor of Preaching magazine. Michael produces a weekly email newsletter (Preaching Now) which goes to about 45,000 pastors and church leaders. He also directs the National Conference on Preaching.
Michael has an M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and a Ph.D. from Florida State University.
Charles will share insights on “Developing a Healthy Culture and Healthy Teams.” He’ll talk about a concept that leadership author, Patrick Lencioni, calls “organizational health.”
In our breakouts, we’ll discuss the following:
- After Charles’ discussion of what Patrick Lencioni calls “organizational health,” do you feel your church is “healthy”?
- What would you think is the biggest obstacle to getting to “organizational health” within your ministry context?
