Dr. Charles Smith serves as Senior Vice President for Institutional Relations and Assistant Professor of Christian Leadership. He assumed this role on Nov. 1, 2021.
Previously, he served at Southern Seminary from 2009-2012.
Dr. Smith oversees Midwestern’s offices of Admissions, Church Partnerships, Communications, Financial Aid, Institutional Relations Initiatives, and Student Life and Events.
Charles Smith will share insights on “Developing a Healthy Culture and Healthy Teams.” He’ll talk about a concept that leadership author, Patrick Lencioni, calls “organizational health.”
