Pu’u Kahea Conference Center (PKCC) was established in 1949 when the Hawaii Baptist Convention (now known as Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention) purchased property in Waianae that was part of a former sugar plantation. They wanted to provide a camp facility for the churches within the convention. Today, we still carry on that same purpose, providing a facility for camps and retreats for both HPBC and non-HPBC groups.
