Many of you remember that Juan was our guest almost a year ago on the Pasto
rs Forum (watch video here).
Juan is the senior pastor of High Pointe Baptist church in Austin, Texas, and associate professor of theology at Southwestern Seminary. He holds an MDiv, a ThM, and a Ph.D. in systematic theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Juan serves as a council member of The Gospel Coalition, is co-founder and president of Coalición, and is the former president of the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention.
He has authored numerous books, including his recently released, The Leadership Formula: Develop the Next Generation of Leaders in the Church (B&H Books, 2021).
We have asked Juan to speak to us about the issue of pastors and their relationships after two years of the pandemic.
