Ikaika says, "When we're talking about Native Hawaiian, many people don't know that there's an indigenous population here in the islands. They're part of the Polynesian Triangle. If you've ever met a Samoan, a Tongan, a Tahitian, a New Zealand Maori, Hawaiians are in that category."
