Sunday Highlight: August 31, 2025

Today in our prayer time, let’s pray for Trevor and Olivia Doles, two of our missionaries serving in the Miami, Florida, area. Our church supports them through our Cooperative Program giving.

Earlier, Trevor served as an associate pastor in Nebraska. But a mission trip to Miami led to a call of God to go and plant a church there.

He and Olivia and their three sons moved to Miami in 2022. The first service of Faith Church Miami was held in March 2023. For now, the church meets in a room at the YMCA in Hallandale Beach, north of Miami.

The location has worked well—some people who come to the Y for exercise get curious about the church and stay around to ask questions. Of course, Trevor and Olivia are happy to talk with them.

Trevor loves seeing people come to faith in Christ and become able to drop the load of sin. One woman was terribly burdened by her sins and was amazed to learn that Jesus would forgive her! She accepted Jesus into her life and was saved.

Let’s ask God to help Trevor and Olivia lead thousands to faith in Christ!
