- New Equipping Breakouts on Friday morning after the first Session lead by Lifeway’s Ken Braddy, North American Mission Board’s Catherine Renfro, A team from the International Mission Board led by Chris Martin, and Disaster Relief training from John and Gay Williams.

Reaching NextGens is an evangelistic equipping conference designed to help churches and ministries to grow in both passion and practical skill to reach, engage, develop, and mobilize the youth, college, and young adult generations to join in God’s call to change the world through the power of the gospel. Shane Pruitt
Shane serves as the National Next Gen Director for the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He and his wife, Kasi reside in Texas, with their five children. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a denominational leader, church planter, lead pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator, evangelist, and Bible teacher. Every year he speaks to over a hundred thousand people about the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the author of two books, 9 Common Lies Christians Believe and Calling Out the Called. As well as, two Bible Studies, called Revival Generation and Not My Jesus. Shane is also one of the hosts of The Gensend Podcast. Follow him on Instagram & X: @shane_pruitt78.
Adam Groza
Adam Groza is a Gateway Seminary's Associate Professor of Philosophy and Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services. He is a native Californian and has taught philosophy-related classes at a variety of institutions including California Baptist University, Tarleton State University, Scarborough College, and Korea Baptist Theological Seminary. Adam wrote Unraveling Philosophy (B&H Academics, 2023) with J.P. Moreland.
Jeff Iorg
Dr. Jeff Iorg is the president emeritus of Gateway Seminary. Prior to his service at the Seminary, Dr. Iorg was the Executive Director of the Northwest Baptist Convention for almost ten years. He was also the founding pastor of Greater Gresham Baptist Church in Gresham, Oregon and has served as a pastor in Missouri and a staff pastor in Texas. His publications include six books - The Painful Side of Leadership, The Character of Leadership, Is God Calling Me?, The Case for Antioch, Seasons of a Leader’s Life and his latest, Unscripted - along with dozens of articles and curriculum materials. Dr. Iorg is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University (B.A.), Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min.). He is married to Ann and has three adult children. His hobbies include umpiring baseball, reading, and searching for the world’s best barbeque restaurant. His personal ministry includes outreach to the professional baseball community in the Bay Area.
