After decades of ministry in American Samoa, Elise and Lucy Tafao moved to Oahu to retire. Instead of retiring, Pastor Elise is planting a church, Manuia Bible Fellowship. Aina Haina Baptist Church (Pastor Fola Ioane) serves as the sending church. Pastor Elise also trains future pastors with the hope of planting a network of congregations to reach the Samoan population of Oahu.
