Thanks to your cooperative program, we are able to provide free bibles in time for your coming Easter celeb ration. We have you in mind as you give these bibles to those whom you engage – to prospects and visitors. Our prayer is that they will discover the gospel in a special and unique way and find your church to be the family to guide them in their spiritual walk for the rest of their lives.
Because it is the Word of God and nothing can be more precious than for a person get to read and hear God Himself. The Lord has promised that His word will not return unto Him void, but it will accomplish what He desires (Is. 55:11). Jesus declared the need of every man for the Word when he said, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4)
Our hope is that every gospel literature, church promotion and especially these bibles will bear the tag “For Spiritual Help Call 1-800-Jesus-20.” It’s all part of a big plan of seeing each caller hear the gospel and connecting them back to you as a local “covenant” church. The labels provided for you is for this reason. The 1-800 Evangelism Response Center (ERC) ministry is bigger that you could imagine. We encourage you to send your representatives to be apart or at least to be aware how this outreach effort can turn people back into your church.
