DEVELOPING AND MANAGING PEOPLE LEADERSHIP TRAINING
HPBC has conducted the Developing and Managing People leadership training at HPBC Library on Saturday, May 22. This training had 9 local pastors and church leaders representing 9 HPBC churches and 4 facilitators of HPBC staff. This program is annually provided to equip church planters and leaders with the leadership skill based on Christian values. The next meeting will be held at HPBC Libray on Saturday, May 21. RA CAMP 2010
2010 Boys and Men's Camp was held at Puu Kahea Baptist Conference Center on Friday and Saturday, May 7-8. The camp had 36 boys and 12 leaders, representing 8 churches. Mr. Darrell McCain spoke his disaster relief missions stories. They enjoyed fun activities such as kick ball, water game, relay race and swimming. Car racing among activities drove boys the most excitement. Mr. Abagon preached at campfire and 18 boys made profession to the Lord. The camp leaders acknowledged Daniel Kang, Lee-n Lucas, Gabrieal Harada as the Best Campers of this year. The next camp will be held at same place Puu Kahea Baptist Conference Center on Thursday-Saturday, March 17-19, 2011.

Basic Training Journey 2010
Basic Training Journey for Church Planting, sponsored by NAMB and HPBC, was held at Puu Kahea on Monday-Wednesday, April 19-21. This training had 21 participants representing 12 churches and 11 facilitators including NAMB staff Tim Bailey and Les Dobbins. The number included 4 language church leaders speaking Chuukese, Ilocano, Tagalog and Korean. The training benefitted those who engaged in new starting church ministry and revitalizing plan of established church. A good news is during this training, God lead a new Samoan and Chuukese bible study group to start in the area of Waianae. This took place while trainees did prayer walk at the area with desire of new starting church. Please keep in your prayer for this start to be continued and to make many fruits.
