Committee Members are elected annually by the Convention, except the Committee on Committees and Board Nominations, whose members are appointed annually by the President, First Vice President and Second Vice President.

Committee on Committees and Board Nominations, consisting of ministers, laymen and laywomen, nominate members who are elected by messengers at the Annual Convention.

Committee on Convention Arrangements and Order of Business: This committee is responsible for selecting time, place, preacher for the Annual Convention. The committee also provides parliamentarians for each session.

Committee on Credentials & Resolutions: This committee certifies messengers to the annual meeting of the Convention and helps with registration of messengers and visitors.

The Historical Committee: formulates a scholarly and comprehensive program for systematically preserving materials of historical value.

Anyone who wishes to serve on any committees or the Executive Board may contact their pastor, the convention office or Chairman Gary Yafuso of Aina Haina Baptist Church.
