Veryl provides the administrative assistance and encouragement for Ministry Directors in starting and strengthening churches across the Pacific. In the administrative process, he works with the national Southern Baptist Agencies in networking resources for keeping the churches and church leaders informed and equipped for ministering to the communities.  He also serves as a team member of the staff when leading workshops to strengthen churches.
